Job Summary

The Role

•Work with marketing agencies, branding consultancies, and stakeholders within and outside the organisation in planning and executing brand initiatives.

•Identify individual activities for implementing branding initiatives across the organization.

•Provide brand custodianship for corporate brands.

•Execute branding initiatives in coordination with the relevant stakeholders as per the objectives and the timelines agreed upon.

•Conduct research; analyze market conditions and competitor data to implement changes as needed.

•Liaise with legal advisors for protection of the brand identity through copyrights, trademarks, service marks etc.

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing Management with minimum of 8 years experience in related field.

•Fluency in English and Arabic both oral and written.

•Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment.

Job Summary

The Role

The Head of Corporate Communications & Marketing will lead and coordinate the Bank’s overall communications strategy. He / She will work collaboratively with senior leadership to develop and implement communication strategies, Branding & Marketing to broaden the impact of Banks programs and oversee organizational messaging and constituent services. He / She will support and execute the following:
 
•Create and implement the Bank’s Communications Strategy and manage the teams responsible for communications and marketing and print and design for the Bank. 
•Lead the Bank’s corporate communications and marketing activities with all its stakeholders including residents, staff, partners and Government. 
•Lead the Bank’s internal communications to support its corporate change agenda, developing programmes using cross-departmental teams. 
•Provide guidance and advice to Management, officers and all members on communications and marketing issues. 
•Collaborate with the Top Management to develop communications strategies that will broaden programmatic reach and deepen impact and to represent the CEO/Bank, where appropriate on communications issues.
Requirements
1. Should be a degree holder or having an equivalent qualification in the related field. 
2. Should possess a minimum of 10 -15 years professional experience

4. Effective communication skills to interact with all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills

The Role
