The Role
•Work with marketing agencies, branding consultancies, and stakeholders within and outside the organisation in planning and executing brand initiatives.
•Identify individual activities for implementing branding initiatives across the organization.
•Provide brand custodianship for corporate brands.
•Execute branding initiatives in coordination with the relevant stakeholders as per the objectives and the timelines agreed upon.
•Conduct research; analyze market conditions and competitor data to implement changes as needed.
•Liaise with legal advisors for protection of the brand identity through copyrights, trademarks, service marks etc.
Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing Management with minimum of 8 years experience in related field.
•Fluency in English and Arabic both oral and written.
•Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment.

The Role
The work of the organization raises the profile of Oman internationally, as a uniquely authentic high-end tourist destination, and as a destination for foreign investment.
Based in Oman and reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Communications, this individual will need to ensure that the organisation assets and activity are broadly and positively represented in the media. As a cross functional role you would be responsible for planning the company’s PR Strategy in alignment with the 5 Year Plan objectives and the wider communication strategy. Also, to create and execute creative global PR programmes including press outreach, media events and press material development in English. You would be instrumental in managing the international PR agencies and contributors to ensure maximum, high quality output and give final approval for all media releases produced by staff, agencies and contractors. In addition you would need to build comprehensive crisis communications plans where required.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
* Minimum of 8 years PR experience
* Bachelors degree in Communications, PR or related field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair, an eye for opportunity and ability to sell ideas
* Strategic thinker with a record of planning and execution
* Record of excellent team management

The Role
1. Define and implement ongoing processes: creation and coordination of marketing plans of the BUs,
2. Development and implement strategic pricing coordination and management.
3. Coordinate with the Consumer and Corporate BU’s Product Development teams to ensure all products are in line with our group strategy.
4. Define segmentation and implement guidelines in cooperation with BUs
5. On the basis of corporate and market strategy, define pricing guidelines and review pricing proposals on the basis of such guidelines
6. Support and provide inputs/ideas for new products and services to the BUs
7. Assist BUs in post introduction reviews of new products/plans/promotions
8. Drive review of marketing strategy and performance of products and services in cooperation with Bus.
9. Conduct market analysis/assessment of product/competitor performance in order to provide insight on market opportunities
10. To develop and manage product and pricing reviews with BUs for enhanced performance of the products.
11. To develop and manage implementation of ongoing marketing planning framework and marketing strategy development.
12. To support, coordinate, evaluate and align long, medium and short-term marketing activities within the company in alignment with corporate goals.
13. To develop team capabilities by transfer of knowledge/experience via coaching, team cooperation and day-2-day involvement of team members in execution of marketing strategy and analytics activities. Define and implement ongoing processes: creation and coordination of marketing plans of the BUs,

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Technical Skills :
Advance level of telecommunications domain knowledge.
1. Advanced level of marketing management skills.
2. Advanced level on marketing analytics skills, including segmentation.
3. Advanced level of skills in data analysis.
4. Omani/regional market knowledge and advantage.
Behavioral Skills:
1. Very good business judgment.

Language Skills :
1. English.

Specific experience:
