Tasks & Responsibilities:
01- Manage the Unit in terms of staffing, and preparing the marketing strategic objectives and budgets
02- Manage the performance a of the unit staff, through leading, directing and motivating them towards achieving unit’s overall goals in line with company’s vision
03- Plan special campaigns to increase public awareness for the program and build private sector support
04- Prepare annual and other periodic reports on INJAZ activities for major donors
05- Prepare activities reports for INJAZ events, activities and other special programs
06- Build good relations with Media contacts to mark program’s achievements and generate press coverage through different media channels
07- Responsible for documenting IJAZ information and dispersing to others
08- Develop Media and PR plans
09- Responsible for the development of company brochures and other communication materials
10- Manage INJAZ Website and keep the information updated and consistent with company’s Vision
11- Help in the preparation and organization of events through producing all marketing materials and the required promotional items

Requirements for filling the post:
-Qualifications: Not less than certificate of BA in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
-Years of Experience: Not less than 5 years in the area of Public Relations and Communications
Key responsibilities and competences:
1- Core responsibilities:
• Marketing and selling the know- how and skills of the company’s expertise.
• Responsible for reaching sales & profit targets in accordance to set budget.
• Supporting and developing the relation with existing and new customers.
2- Project/Practice Management:
• Participating in scoping calls, solution meetings, and customer presentations; development of solutions including preparation of support documentation and proposals; coordination of internal resources to meet client’s specific needs.
• Understand customer goals and challenges and establish DC products as the best solution available.
• Responsible for ensuring that all engagements are receiving optimal support and are moving smoothly from inception to closure.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by the pre- sales & technical teams before passing to client to ensure compatibility with client’s needs.
• Resolves issues in a timely fashion.
• Respond effectively to RFPs (request for proposal)
3- Client Management
• Coordination and management of customer resources and expectations.
• Anticipates clients needs and proposes alternative technical solutions.
• Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Possess a knowledge base of each client’s business, systems and objectives.
• Effectively sustaining after- sales activities.
4- Project Accounting:
• Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project in coordination with the Accounting Department.
• Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
Skills
Skill requirements:
1- Education: B.S. required, M.S. or equivalent desired
2- Credentials (certificates, courses, memberships): Sales Management courses.
Knowledge of telecom and networking technologies is a bonus.
3- Experience:
• At least five years of directly relevant experience
4- Languages: fluent in Arabic & English

Education
B.S. required, M.S. or equivalent desired
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- The possibility to gain new accounts.
- To ensure smooth running of the day-to-day account/client operations and ensure deadlines are met to achieve on-going client satisfaction.
- To control and ensure that all output from the agency is of consistent quality to minimize mistakes that negatively impact agency profitability.
- To assist the Account Director and contribute in the strategy development process to ensure sound advertising solutions are achieved.
- To analyze and present competitive reports and budget reviews to senior agency personnel and client on a monthly basis to contribute to the strategic development process.
- To maintain an effective relationship with client and agency personnel in a manner that straddles both operational and strategic contribution to ensure smooth running of the account.
- To motivate and train the Account Executive.
Skills
- Excellent Planning & coordination skills, Ability to manage under pressure, Attention to detail, Problem Analysis & Decisiveness, Enterprising & with a drive to achieve, demonstrable Communication, Leadership skills and Team spirit.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar role with reputed advertising agencies in the MENA region is mandatory.
ACTIVITIES
- Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C.
- Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
- Develop an annual marketing plan. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
- Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- To direct marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
- To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
- To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
- To managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
- To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execution
- To analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
- Responsible for the internal company communication
ACCOUNTABILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Languages: fluent Arabic and English. French would be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows environment and main software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 5 to 10 years experience in marketing, preferably multinational.
