Our client, one of the world's top high-end luxury skin care brand, is in need of a young, talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to be part of their regional team. Reporting to the General Manager, hisher responsibilities include but not limited to Implement Image, communication and customer strategy of the brand. Responsible for the operational marketing and adaptations of marketing plans and activities in the Middle East. Responsible for planning and implementing activities with the purpose of improving communication to consumers and recruiting new customers. Launch Arabic Web site and create activities to increase subscriptions and to promote it. Manage and plan online activities to promote the Arabic website with markets and with the media. Liaise with the HQ on operational marketing. Responsible for translation and adaptation of all communications, brochures, PR manuals. Coordinate with markets on implementation of PR plan according to guidelines. Responsible for quarterly newsletter to share success stories in the region. Coordinate with markets on Media Plans. Propose to markets new advertising opportunities e-magazines . Coordinate with retailers on their websites and online activities. Increase brand visibility and enhance communication. Increase sell out and market share. Guide the markets to use e-communication . Help to recruit new customers . Reward existing loyal customers.

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following minimum requirement At least 2-3 years experience in the same positioncapacity within skin care or luxury retail industry Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (written and spoken) At least a Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing or relevant field.

The Role

The Role
Our client is a major retailer looking for a Marketing Executive with fluent Arabic and French. You will be involved in all aspects of marketing and media from planning, advertising, promotions, public, media relations, product development and research across 500+ stores.
Within this role you will assist the Marketing Manager with building annual marketing plans for the different chains/brands/ markets in close co-operation with the Department Manager and the brand’s marketing departments. You will handle the marketing plan forecast and the orders and follow up closely on the plans’ implementation, schedule and activities in all concerned markets.
Requirements
Working closely with the advertising agency, you will define the media and PR plan whilst managing the various marketing budgets to organise corporate above the line and below the line promotional / advertising activities. Throughout your role, you will build, maintain and update a good customer database through consolidated information from shop floors.
To be successful, you will need to have between 1-3 years experience within retail marketing. Fluent Arabic is essential with French being of benefit.
