1- Creates and produces image spots, generic promotions and major events promotional campaigns
2- Supervises and supports team of Associate Producers in the production of daily tactical promos
3- Follows up on allocated weekly assignments to team and ensure they are delivered within standards and deadlines
4- Monitors Quality- control promotions before going to air
5- Participates in brainstorming sessions
6- Follows up with Coordinator on last minute changes and additions
7- Prepares monthly regular reports to his supervisor in relation to promotion activities.
8- Strong working knowledge of non- linear editing software, , preferably Final Cut Pro or Leitch Velocity Q.
9- Knowledge of graphics and incorporating up to date and innovative graphic systems and elements in promos.

Job description

For our client, this rapidly evolving and forward thinking governmental organisation, we are now looking for a communications coordinator to join the existing communications team. The role will involve, writing press releases, monitoring communication within the organisation and between the organisation and Bahrain society and PR event management. The communications coordinator will also be translating materials and articles from Arabic into English and vice versa, and will develop press kits and new communication materials for the organisation.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be a young professional with around 2-5 years working experience in public relations and communications, is ambitious, innovative and proactive and has shown excellent previous performance in a similar role.

We are looking for a talented, educated and ambitious Bahraini national, with relevant PR & communications experience who can drive communication initiatives and is able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
