Job description:
A great opportunity for a junior quantitative researcher to move into online research. Active quantitative research knowledge is a MUST. A female junior researcher would be preferred. This role will support the office based in Amman primarily, but also the Dubai office.
Key responsibilities/tasks:
• Responsible for regional and international sampling clients, i.e. evaluating requests, assessing feasibility, sending quotations, communicating and following up
• Sharing information about our panels and best practices with the sampling clients
• Developing and maintaining productive business relationships with the sampling clients
• Testing sampling surveys in case sampling projects get commissioned
• Assisting in developing questionnaires based on the research objectives of a study
• Support in finding business opportunities in the Amman and outside market
• Any other additional task that will be related to this job
Qualifications:
• At least 1 to 2 years of quantitative research experience with an understanding of the methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English is a must!
• Must be numerate and detailed orientated
• Passion for satisfying clients, fulfilling commitments and very strong client service skills
• High-energy with ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Open-minded and willing to work within a diverse environment
1- Creates and produces image spots, generic promotions and major events promotional campaigns
2- Supervises and supports team of Associate Producers in the production of daily tactical promos
3- Follows up on allocated weekly assignments to team and ensure they are delivered within standards and deadlines
4- Monitors Quality- control promotions before going to air
5- Participates in brainstorming sessions
6- Follows up with Coordinator on last minute changes and additions
7- Prepares monthly regular reports to his supervisor in relation to promotion activities.
8- Strong working knowledge of non- linear editing software, , preferably Final Cut Pro or Leitch Velocity Q.
9- Knowledge of graphics and incorporating up to date and innovative graphic systems and elements in promos.

• Assists Project Manager to appropriately address controversial issues if any arise

Skills
Excellent intercommunication skills.
Good knowledge of PC and M/S Office applications.

Education
Business Admin. or any related field
Job Duties:
1. Develop the creation & implementation of effective advertising media strategies & plans, in close liaison with key internal relevant parties & in alignment with the overall marketing objectives & priorities.
2. Delivery of a first-class media service by developing media relationships with local, regional & international media
3. Works closely with brand manager & communication supervisor in order to monitor & optimize live campaigns resulting in successful campaigns.
4. Post-campaigns, ensures that delivery reports are completed for all campaigns so clients can be billed at the end of the month (focusing on email, but may also undertake banner reporting)
