Building on its corporate philosophy: Knowledge is Power, Renno & Associates (RA), one of the fastest growing public relations consulting agency in the East Mediterranean region, announced today the launch of the trial issue of Lebanon: Market Trends Brief, a dedicated report designed to provide decision makers and researchers with major highlights pertaining to the development of the Lebanese market. The report, managed by RA’s newly inaugurated Media Knowledge Department (mkd), is to be issued on a weekly basis.
“While the year 2006 was tough on all industries and individuals alike in Lebanon; however, the nature of Renno & Associates that is built on dynamism and innovation led its management to look optimistically at the New Year 2007 with the launch of the trial issue of Lebanon: Market Trends Brief, which is produced by the Agency’s newly inaugurated Media Knowledge Department (mkd),” said Samer Renno, managing director of Renno & Associates. “RA has aligned its knowledge center in order to produce a professional weekly trends report by covering various variables that can affect the general direction of the market, with focus on news pertaining to political, macro-economic, educational, environmental, social and cultural issues.”
The objective behind producing a country-dedicated market trends report is to provide organizations (public & private) with the knowledge to assist in their adoption of best practice in their business development, risk assessment as well as the formulation of a crisis containment policy, especially in light of the rapid developments in the Lebanese market. Similar market trends reports will also be cloned for other markets in the Middle East during 2007.
Commenting on the inauguration of (mkd), Renno said, “The new department is to serve as the Agency’s knowledge center, where a seasoned team of media experts will work on producing 48 issues of Lebanon: Market Trends Brief per year; media landscape and analysis reports, as well as the collation of significant market analysis papers that can be customized for specific industries, brands and sectors.”
The tasks of (mkd) revolve around providing a professional insight on media coverage related to critical news published in the local press that are of significance to many organizations, investors, academics, and even individuals interested in the Lebanese market.
