Job Description
The Senior Web Designer is responsible for the design of major and minor Web applications and components for internal and external web based system users. The Senior Web Designer will design, develop, test and deliver web sites, applications and components. Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an on-going basis. Best practices and design methods will be utilized to insure the success of the projects. The Senior Web Designer will have the ability to create web applications and components from the requirements stage, through design, through production deployment. They will be required to have experience in graphics, layout, some scripting, knowledge of programming, as well as design involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technologies.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
Principle Accountabilities
· Operates effectively as a member of the design team.
· Also operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
· Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
· Responsible for the development of creative web applications and components.
· Responsible for the design and development of web pages, graphics, multimedia, GUIs.
· Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
· Utilizes storyboarding and graphic pre-designs where appropriate.
· Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills.
· Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.
Required Skills
· Some experience using the RUP methodology.
· Experience in developing websites and/or web applications. Minimum of 3 years of web design and development experience is required.
· Solid understanding of navigation and GUI for maximizing usability.
· Front-end and some back-end development experience. More important is the experience of seamless integration of front- to back-end functionality.
· Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, graphics creation with Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite), multimedia creation with Flash, ActionScript, (Macromedia Studio).
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
· Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment.
BS / BA university degree a plus.

Senior Media Planner x 3 Positions – Global Multinational - Dubai
We are looking for the best media planners in the industry. Your experience in planning media will give you the perfect opportunity to be involved in a creative, exciting and engaging atmosphere. You will be required to think strategically and pitch campaigns to big clients in a level headed and concise way.
Using data to tell stories is a skill rarely used in media agencies today; this is vital to the success of applicants. You must show evidence of success beyond your analytical skills. Your profile
We are looking for planners who strive to get involved with the entire process. We're not looking for somebody who just manages lay-down but instead somebody who can show innovation, determination and push their talent to achieve the very best they can
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assists with implementing processes, and the strategic and tactical execution of all media activities across multiple clients
• Works with Associate Media Director, clients, and/or brand development group to establish media objectives, and strategies, for media campaigns
• Implements the management of daily tasks in support of defined media goals
• Evaluates composition of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which would most effectively reach the target audience
• Confers with media representatives to develop proposals and evaluations for defined campaign objectives
• Works with syndicated and client data to assist in analysis and media plan development
• Studies demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences for print, broadcast, or digital advertising
• Presents media plans to Associate Media Director, brand development group, and/or client for approval
• Develops written plan presentations and points of view
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of client’s business
• Keeps current on media trends
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of media planning & buying experience in a global agency
• Must have an exposure in an international market outside Middle East.
• BA/BS Degree
• Strong mathematical abilities
