The Role
To lead and coordinate the communication activities across the project as well as providing general support to the project director and school based teams to ensure that educational and business objectives are met.
Duties will include;
• Collaborate on the development of the project communication strategy
• Develop communication objectives and plans
• Identify users and decide what to communicate and when as well as the best forms of communication to use
• Provide the main day to day operational support contact for all members of the project, subcontractors and consultants
• Ensure the consistency of communication across the project so that individual and group objectives are met
• Liaise with the project manager, senior admin/data officer and school based educational teams to ensure that all project requirements are planned and logged internally
• Support the school based teams in the coordination of training programmes including venue hire, logistics and admin support
• Compose, edit, design, record and produce publications such as newsletters, leaflets and brochures using a range of media
• Ensure that the SharePoint system is up to date with all the relevant data and information
• Support the production of press releases and articles
• Edit and organize the publication of documents
• Keep Nord Anglia staff up to date with project news
• Coordinate and approve the work of artists, photographers and printers and monitor work in progress
• Assist with web development and technological enhancements
• Negotiate rates for advertising
Requirements
Knowledge:
Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Language:
Fluent Arabic and English (Speaking, reading and writing)
Skills:
• Enthusiasm and energy
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to form and maintain relationships through networking
• Excellent time management and organisational skills (not only for yourself working on many projects at once, but also the time of others)
• Superb copywriting skills
• Computer, desktop publishing skills, experience in web design
