Now Lebanon reports that M&C Saatchi has issued a statement announcing its partnership with Quantum Group under the name of M&C Saatchi Middle East & North Africa (MENA). According to Quantum’s CEO Eli Khoury, the collaboration will continue to set new standards and further enhance the quality of work.
