An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Communications professional to join our team and provide all round cover for maternity leave. The role will enable you to contribute to, implement and deliver communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products and services.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications you will be involved in a wide and varied range of projects that will utilize your strong communication skills with both the written and spoken word and your ability to understand, synthesize and convey concepts and messages from a variety of sources. Equally of importance will be your time management, organisation/ project management skills and your ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Your main focus will be internal and external communication within a highly ethical, professional investment banking environment and you will enjoy providing support across a range of departments activities, including;
• Unicorn brand management
• The production of a wide range of marketing collateral
• PR and Advertising
• Supplier liaison/management
• Website maintenance
• Sponsorships and event planning
• Providing communications support across Unicorn business units/geographical locations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in a corporate communications /marketing role, practical experience of planning and organizing events, experience dealing with local and international suppliers, knowledge of Ms Word PowerPoint and Publisher and an interest in design/aesthetics.

Our client, a leading world-wide financial Public Relations and Communications company is looking for an enthusiastic, driven PR Account Manager to join their office in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must independently supervise Account Executives and assistants and execute strategic communication plans on multiple accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple accounts independently.
• Actively involve in representing clients to the media.
• Earn clients’ trust by continually meeting deadlines; being a proven adviser and always being strategic.
• Assist the management in building top performing teams by serving as an effective coach to subordinates.
• Identify incremental business opportunities on current accounts and new business opportunities with prospects.
Skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• At least 5-8 years agency experience in a reputed PR firm in the Middle East.
• Special knowledge of the unique communications needs in one or more specialties.
• Write and edit documents, implement communications programmes, manage budgets and good understanding of the media.
