Job Description:
- Organize, Plan and achieve very productive sales and marketing procedure.
- Prepare Sales & Marketing Forecasts, Action Plans Sales & Marketing Strategies and Research.
-Produce Routinely pertinent Reports on all the sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities
-Develop communications strategy & policies & manage corporate identity in conjunction with the communications & PR budget
-Establish & maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials & events
-Develop & implement comprehensive marketing & public relations plans & programs both short & long range to support the objectives of the organization with solid strategy & innovative tactics
-Develop & manage various communications channels including media, events, PR, conferences & sponsoring.Plan & execute all types of internal & external corporate events
-Manage the external reputation both in a proactive & reactive manner
-Develop & maintain strong working relationships with local media.Investigate & implement new & better ways to communicate with media & partners to improve relationships & corporate image;Conferring with outside agencies to establish media goals, objectives & strategies within the corporate communications plan to create opportunities for keeping the Centre & its services in front of the public & the targeted audience
-Head a small team to drive & ensure the organisation is represented in all appropriate media outlets
-Take ownership & leadership on specific projects & in particular areas, lead key campaigns, extend the existing relationships with key press as well as to create new contacts in selected media outlets
-Facilitate press interviews, draft press releases & other documents & pitch stories.Drafting & presenting (PowerPoint when needed) speeches & points of discussion for the Chairman of the Council & the Executive Director of the organisation
-Identify award & speaking opportunities
-Plan and oversee development & production of advertising, promotional & collateral materials
-Ensure effective control of marketing results & taking corrective action to guarantee that the achievement of marketing objectives falls within the designated budgets
Required Qualifications and Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Mass Communications or Marketing.MBA is an asset
-Minimum (7 to 10) years of relevant and progressively responsive PR related experience
-Communications background essential, with successful track record in corporate & marketing communications in regional organizations
-Should have worked in all areas of communications:branding, PR, marketing communications, advertising, media buying, sponsoring
-Excellent command of English and Arabic
-Proficient user of MS Office (with focus on Excel & Word)
-Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
-Able to maintain a professional office look
-Self-motivated, solution oriented & has an organized approach to tasks
-Hard worker with a high ability to work under stress & meet tight deadlines
- Implements corporate Brand activities plan.
- Follow up on PR plan execution.
- Support the link between OG and the MEDIA when it comes to corporate news, editorials, paid releases etc.
- Preparation & diffusion of corporate press material (writing of press releases, preparation of press kits, slides & videotapes)
- Follows-up and analysis press reports related to OG, market & competition.
- Execute press conferences, press trips abroad, other press events & social/VIP events.
- Maintains and organises PR related archives (slides, videotapes, photos, CD’s, press kits, etc.)
- Responsible for updating corporate website.
- Coordinate in creating and disseminating Brands and Business stories (news).
