The Commercial Director originates and leads all commercial practices and objectives that include all Business development, Marketing and public relations activities through setting financial target, product lines, and potential markets. S/He will be responsible for the achievement of the department’s financial and commercial targets.
The Commercial Director coordinates the targets and strategic plans with the Business Development and Marketing managers though Leadership and Clients relations.
1- Leading a team of commercial specialists who conduct all the company’s sales, marketing and public relations activities
2- Devising the company’s strategies with the management team, and managing the execution of these strategies
3- Conducting periodic analysis to advise the management on the future directions of the company
4- Setting the company’s sales plans and go-to-market strategies
5- Developing the company’s value proposition and building/expanding the product line in line with the market requirements
6- Building relationships with prospective clients, and leading the sales efforts to attractant and retain these clients
7- Conducting frequent sales visits and road shows within the region
8- Making decisions related to the company’s participation in exhibitions and conferences, and leading the efforts of participation in these events
9- Devising the company’s media plans and PR initiatives
10- Maintaining the company’s brand, and leading all efforts related to maintaining and developing the company’s image and its brand

• The processing of all administration, relevant to a free zone company including the processing of all staff visas.
• Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
• Renew, update and maintain all employees and their dependants’ visas, labour cards, and labour contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up-to-date in the Labour and Immigration Departments.
• Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service.
• Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such are driving license, car registrations, accommodation and legal requirements to ensure that PR services are provided as required

• Well-developed skills in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Microsoft Office and computer literacy a must.
