The Role

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Managing the artwork development budget, including rate negotiations, LPOs, etc. • Managing visas and travel arrangements for crew and talent • Arranging casting and obtaining approvals on talent and crew • Forming a production team based on requirements (talent, make up artist, stylist, hairstylist, photographer, videographer, director, DOP, sound and lighting crew, assistants etc) • Managing shoot scheduling for the full production team • Sourcing and booking of suitable shoot locations • Sourcing and booking of equipment as required • Scheduling and managing all pre-production work and approvals pertaining to shoots and photography, including bookings, pre-production meetings, production booklet, catering approvals, fitting approvals, call sheets, etc. • Ensuring scripts are written, approved and provided to talent where applicable • Managing the shoot day including crew, catering, studio space etc. • Coordinating and getting approvals for post-production work including editing, retouching etc. • Ensuring that final material is obtained on time and on budget • Securing all permissions and rights pertaining to production

Requirements •

•Organizational, multitasking, negotiation and planning abilities • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Must be able to develop personal relationships on multiple levels • Previous experience in production required at a junior management level • English and Arabic speaker preferred
