Ad Age Digital reports that Publicis Group will be launching the new CRM365, a division that will license software to clients for managing consumer relationships in social media and mobile, piping various data sources to react to consumers with tailored messages on whatever mobile device or social network they're on.

According to Media Asia magazine, Havas Worldwide’s Euro RSCG, a worldwide leader in the digital and social media space, has been named to Unilever’s first global digital roster, alongside Publicis Group and other independent agencies, marking a major shift for Unilever’s brand positioning into the digital space.
