Job Description:
To facilitate the maintenance and adherence of a comprehensive search engine marketing strategy and policy of the QR Group. Manage and execute search marketing, search optimization programmes, all Social Media platforms, including initialising paid search programmes on behalf of Qatar Duty Free and select entities within the QR Group. Understand & analyze consumer search behaviour in order to provide the Marketing team with opportunities and reach across the consumer purchase cycle, leading to online sales, whilst enhancing the positive brand experience.
 
Key performance indicators will be
 
1. Accountable to execute Search Engine Budgets with targeted ROI
2. Provide Business Intelligence based on market analysis
3. Plan and execute search engine marketing strategy
4. Innovation and creativity in work ethics
5. Ability to use to develop SOP's and systems that maximise revenue generations opportunities
Requirements
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader as well as have very good presentation skills. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing (either in an agency or E-commerce department of a company) with at least at least 1 year work experience in a Duty Free or travel and hospitality industry environment. Very good knowledge about online sales and marketing technologies and latest industry trends across online retail and online travel in particular would be an asset. A Bachelors Degree with a focus on Marketing / advertising qualified will be an advantage.

Job Summary

Job Description 
 
In addition, this role will also take charge as a Project Manager for all External Promotional activities delivered at the retail outlets. This role will lead, guide and execute the best practices from the support staff in order to deliver efficiently all the relevant communications (internal and external) that will assist the Senior Management in achieving the established sales budgets.
 
Key performance indicators will be (Maximum of 5 points needed).

Job Description 
 
To initiate and monitor all the master layouts and artworks generated by the company that is not restricted to major campaigns, design initiatives, packaging and corporate advertising. Sets down standards and procedures, with regard to use of fonts, imagery, colour schemes and over-all appeal of all collaterals and the brand guidelines. Will be responsible for design, artwork and production of Qatar Airways Inflight Duty Free and other Retail outlet requirements.  
 
Key performance indicators will be (Maximum of 5 points needed).
1.   Responsible to initiate and lead the Creative team
2.   Ability to provide Creative solution to Retail challenges
3.   Develop and Monitor SOP on all design collaterals - Offline and Online
4.   Ability to visualise and produce award winning worthy creative
5.   Expertise in executing ATL and BTL creative executions
  
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and a strong leader as well as have very good presentation skills.  Ideally you will have a minimum 7 years of job-related experience with 3 years' experience in print and production, publishing, software development and expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. A Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Applied Art qualification will be an advantage.
