The distributor and system integrator Qvest Media is expanding its portfolio. The Dubai-based company is now responsible for the exclusive distribution of IPTV solutions for Teracue AG in the Middle East.The high-end IPTV solutions of the Germany-based manufacturer enable encoding, decoding, transcoding, DVB-to-IP and high quality SD/HD streaming across LAN and Internet networks. Software applications for technology administration and management complete the Teracue product range.
Etisalat expands IPTV network with nine playout channels

Etisalat, the Middle East's largest telecom operator will go on-air with 20 playout channels. Qvest Media, a broadcasting system integrator will ensure the technical production and implementation of the project starting with the first nine playout channels. The project supports Etisalat's initiative to expand its IPTV network in the region.
