Real Opinions has released a summary of its recent research on 'Smartphones and Apps' in the Middle East. The research focuses on several topics, among which is mobile phone ownership, preferences regarding apps, mobile advertising and more.
With its aim of raising awareness on digital marketing, its benefits and the legalities for businesses prior to marketing their products online, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry's Business Support Department recently hosted a seminar on Digital Marketing at the Chamber premises.

The Dubai based market research consultancy Real Opinions has signed a reseller agreement with The Nielsen Company (Nielsen) to offer a wide range of online solutions in the Middle East including SiteCensus, Market Intelligence and Campaign Analysis.

According to a new study from Real Options titled “Here & Now”, 60% of UAE Internet users favour behavioural targeting for customised advertising and Internet content, whilst 76% said their searches for products and visits to websites should never be monitored unless they have given express permission to do so beforehand.
