Arab News reports that almost half of the companies in the UAE are using social media as a mainstream marketing tool amid tight financial conditions, according to Regus, workspace solutions provider. Another survey revealed that 90 per cent of companies believed that credible CSR programs can enable them to build and maintain a strong reputation.
