Experienced female receptionist is required at a boutique publishing house, to support the team. As the front desk secretary you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. You must be well presented, professional, calm and extremely polite. Able to answer calls, take clear telephone messages, you will also be responsible for arranging appointments, organising couriers and deliveries and general office administration.
You must be fluent in English written and spoken, IT savvy able to work in Outlook, Excel and Word. You must have accommodation and transportation organised. Visa and good salary offered. You must be in Dubai and ready for an immediate interview.

Receptionist/Secretary for Publishing House
Based out of a brand new office on the Sheikh Zayed Road, you will be the first point of contact for all clients. You will have no less than 2yrs experience as a receptionist, HR or office administrator. Speed typing of no less than 50 words per minute and must be fluent in Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
You will be customer service driven, answering phones in 3 rings, politely dealing with luxury clients face to face and over the phone, and always displaying a professional and accommodating attitude. Fluent in English, written and spoken, vital. As a valuable member of staff, you will report directly to the two company partners and act as their PA whilst supporting the sales team.
