Job Description
Job Purpose:
Work closely with the Section Head in executing the marketing plans, programs and PR activities including safeguarding the brand proposition to meet the department objectives in line with the overall marketing strategy.
Principal Accountabilities/Key Results Areas:
Work proactively with the section Head in executing all marketing activities in line with the approved plans, policies, and procedures to ensure timely execution of activities aligned to the marketing objectives.
Manage all pre- work (raising JIRA requests, coordinating artwork, coordination with event Management Company, )
Support the section Head in the planning & execution marketing strategies and tactics designed to create and maintain favourable public image for Company
Work closely with PR agencies on day to day processes and deliverables (with PR Agency APCO, coordination with MCA for final approvals, coordination with media) and provide active support in the execution of PR programmes in line with the department objectives so as to ensure that PR plan is delivered within the time, cost and quality dimensions specified
Actively contribute to the development of communication plans, briefs for events, draft of contents for press releases, speeches, press interviews, press conferences for the company and its sub-brands and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,
Assist in the conduct of media relations activities/ execution of media campaigns through focusing on the right brand image and company performance to enhance and protect the Company brand image
Develop the communication plan and campaign briefs for annual events as per approved plans to ensure timely dissemination of communication.
Assist in all branding initiatives through implementation of the brand building activities, effective usage of the budgets to achieve yearly plans and objectives on brand management.
Prepare and release reports to provide Management with timely information to monitor the progress of International promotions and events and at the same time ensure accurate and detailed records are maintained for all activities, both operational and financial.

Education
Graduate in Business Administration /Marketing / Communications
The Candidate should have a (Decor, Design, Engineering or Art) Background, and have at least 1 year experience in sales or marketing.
