Job Description
Our Client, a Leading FMCG company is looking to recruit a Senior Marketing - Manager to be based in Dubai
Responsibilities:
Will have thorough knowledge on brand worked incl. Positioning of that brand in competitive context
Will have complete knowledge on the competition brands & their activities in the market place
Will have complete understanding & first hand exposure on the marketing processes including the following:
Understanding consumer & consumer behavior, should have thorough understanding of the Brand consumer & TG
Understanding Brand model
Agency handling (Advertising, Media, MR etc.)
TVC Production, Script finalization, producer selection, PPM, shoot, Post production - at-least 4 to 5 campaigns first hand exposure
Research basics and process mandatories- at-least 6 to 10 projects should have been handled
Media planning incl. Reach, frequency & diff. Types of planning strategies - should have handled 2 to 4 annual media strategies & 6 to 8 media bursts
Media buying- exposure across genres & channels through understanding the role of the channel in the media plan.
Understanding of Marketing ROI and
Celebrity handling & management
Understanding of taxation & financial planning, including brand GC & NCs
Skills
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Education: MBA
12-14 yrs in FMCG ( Candidates from personal care companies will be preferred)
Should have sales exposure across channels esp. Modern trade & institutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with pleasing personality
Education
Master in Business Administration
