Lebanon hosts TROPFEST Arabia short filmmaking workshop

Aspiring Lebanese filmmakers attended exclusive filmmaking workshop hosted by Alaa Karkouti and supported by Lebanese filmmaker Nadeem Mashlawee organised by TROPFEST Arabia in Beirut. The workshops are part of a regional tour across the Middle East and aim to give participants key hints and tips on making a successful short film for inclusion in the second annual TROPFEST Arabia, which will take place in October this year. TROPFEST Arabia Ambassador, Lebanese director Amin Dora and TROPFEST Arabia 2011 finalist, Nadim Laham shared insights on how TROPFEST Arabia impacted their lives and talked to participants about how to create a successful TROPFEST Arabia short film.

Participants will have the chance to win free flights and hotel accommodation for two in Abu Dhabi and two VIP tickets to the Tropfest Arabia screening on November 4th.
