PublicisLive, the Geneva-based, event arm of Publicis Groupe, announced the opening of a fully-staffed office in Abu Dhabi to serve as its hub for expanded operations throughout the Gulf and the Middle East. Abu Dhabi will be PublicisLive's third global hub after Geneva and Paris.

The National has reported that according to a report by the business school INSEAD and the World Economic Forum, the UAE has retained its ranking as the most high-tech country in the MENA region, and came in ranking the 24th worldwide in terms of information and communication technology adoption.
