The Role

Effective and efficient implementation of marketing tools in order to support the sales function in customer acquisition and loyalty management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting Marketing Manager in drawing up and implementing yearly marketing plans • Supporting in the development and execution of dealer events and activities, including product launches, drive days, track days, product displays, and sponsorships • Coordinating advertising campaigns (e.g. plan development, negotiations, booking and selecting media, artwork creation, payments and support administration etc…) • Communicating, organizing, following up and reporting on press releases / announcements • Assisting in developing and executing of marketing plans for each specific brand • Monitoring and preparing of marketing quarterly and yearly plans and spending review • Overseeing artwork and production of marketing collateral • Preparing direct mailing activities including mail merge and printing of personalized letters, labels and envelopes • Managing marketing activities including post-marketing event entries and effectiveness checks (including: presence of the events, customer and prospect acquisition rate, customer loyalty) • Responsible for coordinating the buying & payment function of marketing • Supporting and working with the sales team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction and loyalty • Responsible for research, following up, and updating company's online social network pages, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, and company website

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years marketing experience, candidate should be presentable having good analytical and Communication skills, Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit and proven ability to plan and execute. Capable of developing a long and short term marketing strategies and branding of products. • Experience in public relations, PR • Experience in advertising and creating advertisements • Experience in events management • Experience in social media • Fluent in English & Arabic • No preference to male or female • Salary between BD 700 to BD 800 as total package • University degree in business or marketing
